furnishing two identical houses

Measurement and project introduction

This project was special from the very beginning: the clients came to us with a ready-made design concept for two identical houses — one for a sister and one for a brother. Both were located in a picturesque setting near the water. We first began work on the brother’s house. The clients visited our showroom with a clearly defined vision. We immediately moved on to visualizations and a preliminary estimate, aligned on the budget, and signed the contract. After that came the selection of materials and the approval of every detail. The collaboration took place in an open, trusting format — with full immersion in the task. A big advantage was the client’s high level of involvement: he had a clear understanding of what he wanted, actively coordinated every decision, and paid close attention to the details.

Estimate

The estimate was prepared in stages, for each zone separately — first the kitchen, then the children’s room, study, and bathroom. This approach made it possible to flexibly manage the budget and make well-informed decisions. We worked on the basis of the provided design project, but with constant verification of real conditions. We clarified the technical points, adapted the solution to the specifics of the space. We also coordinated colors, textures, selected optimal materials in terms of aesthetics and practicality. The calculation was not just numbers — it was a dialogue that turned an idea into a reality.

How it was made

After agreeing on the concept, the projectionist went for accurate measurements, prepared the technical part, which was agreed with the clients.

After that: → The project was transferred to the order manager → The final specification was formed → Start of production → All parts were drilled, edged with PUR glue around the perimeter and pre-assembled in the workshop. → Installation was carried out quickly and accurately. Our installers have worked especially carefully on: Kitchen with bar counter, acrylic countertop and flush mounted hob, which is mounted so that it is not visually visible. Children's with veneered facades, 45° angles, individual beds and sofas. Cabinet and bathroom — concise, but with character. The dining area is a massive wooden table and individually tailored chairs. All soft furniture (sofas, beds), tables, chairs were made individually according to customers' design.

Result

The project turned out to be integral, harmonious and technically verified. We worked on the finished design without a third-party designer — all communication was directly with clients who clearly knew what they wanted and entrusted us with the implementation.

Facap (which closed beautifully):

A year after installation, the acrylic countertop suffered damage. We came to the facility and polished the surface — now it looks like new.

This project is about trust, detail and inspiration.

The result speaks for itself: a warm, thoughtful space in which you want to live.

BROSKO is a piece of your story.
